  • show respect to our staff
  • inform us correctly about your identity
  • give us the information we need for your care
  • follow our staff's recommendations
  • treat equipment and infrastructure with care

What happens in the event of non-compliance with these rules?

Inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the hospital. Any act of vandalism or violence against our staff or facilities will be reported to the police and may result in the payment of substantial compensation.
